No doubt, public relations are eyes, ears and expressive language of any organization. Translator’s and Interpreters’ Association of Tehran, belonging to the translation community in terms of substantive, needs to communicate directly with its educated members. The Association’s public relations try to establish a strong relationship between the Association and its members by providing timely and appropriate news in relation to the Association, and also transferring the appropriate comments, suggestions and feedbacks to the competent authorities.
On the other hand, in today’s global village, cooperation with the international translation institutions around the world is essential; so the Association’s management of public relations and international affairs is responsible for the matter.
